I am very saddened for your loss. Nick was my neighbor, and even after I no longer lived by him he was still a friend to me and to my boys. I will truly miss him.

There aren't allot of memories that I can freshly recall from my days at Loyola. But I will always remember Nick. I was not too popular in school but I remember Nick was kind to me and I am quite saddened to hear of his sudden passing. I send my deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. Take care dude. I am glad to have known you.

Dick and Donna,
I will always remember the fun times that I shared with Nick at your house or on the ice. As his coach he kept the "boys" loose in the locker room and gave 100% with every shift that he took. He was a pleasure to coach and a wonderful man to know. I will never forget him.
My thoughts and prayers for all the family.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Coach Reardon

I have so many great memories with "Uncle Nick" . From the begining of high school and soon after, our weekends were spent at the yacht club, on the water and at Dick and Donna's. There was a close knit group of us who i considered more like brothers then friends. Uncle Nick was one of them, he was a amazing person who will never be forgotten. I am so glad that i was able to share so many memories with him even if they were from years ago. I consider those days some of the best days of my life! May his friends and family find peace during this difficult time. Love, Sarah

Crossing the Bar
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.
