Patricia Ann (nee Umerley) Sims, of Jarrettsville, MD passed away on Tuesday, October 2nd, at Stella Maris Hospice in Lutherville-Timonium, MD. Born in Altoona, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Helen and Ignatius Umerley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Charles Howard Sims, Sr. Mrs. Sims is survived by her children, Darlene A. and her husband Robert G. Baumgartner, Jr., Charles H. Sims, Jr., Kenneth J. Sims, Kathleen M. and her husband Arnold (Tony) Wyatt and Kimberly J. and her husband Thomas W. Becker, Jr. and her grandchildren Robert G. Baumgartner, III, Meagan M. Wyatt, Nicholas A. and his wife Alora Wyatt, Madeleine M. Becker and William T. Becker. She is also survived by a step great grandchild Quora and great grandchild Emma. Family and friends will honor Patricia's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday at St. Ignatius Catholic Church at 10:30 A.M. Interment St. Ignatius Catholic Church Cemetery.
