Pat was a wonderful and kind soul, he helped me during the blizzard of 2003. We spent several hours laughing our heads off and making up our own words to songs. He was always good to his family. I will miss him and his crazy laugh.

Mr. Pat and Drema,
I am so sorry for your loss. Pat was my dearest friend. I will never forget Pat's smile or laugh. My girls will remember his sweet smiling face. I will remember our crazy karaoke nights and our crazy dancing. We were supposed to get married next year on Valentine's Day if we still hadn't met the right person. Well I never did and I still have the ring Mr. Pat found and you gave to me. I am sorry we will never get to do that. Thanks for the best memories( Atlantic City, Wild Wood, Flea market, Applebee's to name a few)
Love you forever,
Amanda, Kaylee and Madison

Dreama & Mr. O'Keefe;
We cannot even begin to imagine to feel the depth and magnitude of your loss. Except to say, for us the shock is entirely overwhelming. We have been blessed to have the memories that Pat gifted upon us. Our memories are filled with images of his comedic nature, the comments and sayings he tainted with his great wit, humor, and zanieness. Pat was able to make us laugh!! Pat was also a rareity. He was a man that cared deeply for his fellow man. Pat always had a place for anyone who was in need; And if not he would make room. Pat sincerely gave of himself,without question, condition or expectation. His heart like his laughter was saturated in kindness and warmth and we will miss you tremendously. THANK YOU KIND FRIEND, UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!!

Drema and Family,
I first met Pat when I was 18, he took me in to his home when I had no whare to go. He became my friend and my father figure. As I reminisce about all the times we stayed up late watching movies, exchanging stories about all the crazy experiences we'v had and things we'v done, and talking about what we wanted for our future, It makes me miss him even more. Im still wating for a phone call and to hear his voice on the other line.
I will miss all our inside jokes, adding on to "The house that Pat built" and your smiling face that could light up the whole room. You tought me how to grow up, and for that I thank you.
Your in my heart forever.
With love Heidi

It is with great sadness I learned of Pat's fatal accident. I read about it in my local paper and sadly he lost his life in my neighborhood. Pat and I dated in high school and had many great times together. He took me to my senior prom. We had not see each other for the last 20 years as most often happens with high school friends, you get married, move on and start families but you never forget memorable times with special people throughout your life.
Pat will be missed, he was a great guy with an outstanding personality. I am lucky to have known him and been a special part of his younger years.
My sincere sympathy to his family.

You have always been the most free spirit I've known ... I remember all the crazy karaoke singings and when we were younger you and Roger putting together picnic tables and making us paint them bright red... A million damn picnic tables in the alley just for us to make ends meet... but you did what you had to ... and never let us go without... and the shrimp salad subs u guys used to sell at the football games. The big red barn thing u built for Jayme and I in the back yard . All of us singing the Monday night football song...you taking me to Bengies saying we would run away to get our own place some day, the way you danced not caring who was around, your spirit was brighter than anything and no one could bring you down which is how the life of Pat has been and should always be remembered.....You always had your own way of entering a room which made everyone aware that you were there and to think that you're gone is unbearable.....im more sorry about things ive never said than you could ever know.
