I worked with Peter at SCM in the early 70's. He was the Baltimore Manager and I was the Manager in DC. We became close friends. Unfortunately, I moved to the west coast and didn't see him again until about 20 years ago. For some reason, I "googled" his name and found the obit. I am very sorry for your loss. He was a very unique and caring person. If you see this, I would appreciate being contacted and learning more.

Lorrie, David and Crista - Very sorry to hear about Peter's death. I hadn't seen nor talked to Peter or any of you in a long time. Even so, I think about the Glitter Street years often. Lot's of great memories at the Stable and on the softball field. Condolences to all of you. I will never forget Peter. He was unique. - Dion

Dear Lori,
You were like a sister to me the day we met. And Peter like a brother. My kids and Erik are better people because they experienced the generousity of you and Peter when they visited you at your beautiful farm. Country life without tv was never more refreshing to their spirits. They will miss Peter as much as I will. I will never forget Andrew (about 8 yrs old) thought we had to shuck the enitre field of corn for the barbeque. I was wondering why he whined so much when I meantioned it! Great times and eternal memories. I will be there soon to help you. We love you!

Lorrie;
I saw the article in the Sun the other day and realized how long it has been since I spoke with Peter. I remember our softball days playing with the Bosco gang, and especially the fun we had after the games. Peter was always a great guy, and the two of you a lovely couple.
My condolences to you and your family.

We heard about the tragedy of Peter's death through friends here in Princess Anne. We can't comprehend that Peter has been taken from this lilfe so suddenly in this way. A flood of fond memories come to us of the great times at your farm with you and your friends and the regular weekend visits Bill enjoyed with both of you. Our hearts ache for you Lori, and all the family. We pray for God's great kindness upon you as you find your way through these dark, lonely days. We love you and want to help in any way we can. Peter was one of the more "colorful" people I've known over the years.
He was one tough guy....as I treated some of his many injuries.
Condolences.
