I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Phil. My thoughts and prays are with all of you during your time of loss. Someone else mentioned that Uncle Phil was a character and that is the way I remember him. At Christmas time especially he was always the life of the party, everyone would always seem to gather around him to hear his jokes. He will be greatly missed by his family and the community he served. We can all be thankful for the wonderful lives our parents and grandparents provided for us. My love to all of you, cousin Jeanne (Janda) Holl

Phil and Debbie, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
While I've been away from Maryland for almost 15 years now, I remember Phil as being somewhat of a character - always full of spunk, always kept me on my toes as a state funeral service exec, and always had a story to tell. Even when I was swamped with projects, I enjoyed his calls.
I'm so glad that he was a part of my life.
