Philip Ober Obituary



Philip Livingston Ober, 62, of Jarrettsville, died peacefully at home on December 15. Funeral Service is set for Saturday, December 20 at 11 am. St. John the Evangelist Church in Hyde, Md. Family will receive visitors at 10 am in the parish hall.
