Phyllis Zemlak Obituary
On May 7th, 2014, Phyllis Margaret Zemlak (nee Fruchtbaum) devoted mother of Jonathan Zemlak (Jill Effron); daughter of the late David and Sylvia Fruchtbaum; beloved sister of Marsha Alvarez (Fernando), Rona Karmiol (Stanley), Rena Grober (the late Earl Grober), and the late Robert Fruchtbaum (Irene); adoring grandmother of Avery and Logan Zemlak; former spouse of Gilbert Zemlak; and loving friend of the late James Hoyt IV. She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews and friends. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Monday, May 12, at 12 pm. Interment Beth Jacob Cemetery - Finksburg, MD. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Crestwood Hills Nursery School, "Zemlak Playground Fund", 986 Hanley Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90049. In mourning at 31 Farmhouse Court (Annen Woods), Baltimore, MD 21208, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
