GOETZE, JR. , R. Melvin On May 17, 2011 R. MELVIN GOETZE, JR. beloved husband of Audrey A. Goetze (nee Albert), devoted father of Randle M. Goetze, III and his wife Nancy and Spaulding A. Goetze, Sr. and his wife Cynthia; dear uncle of Anne Reinke Lambdin; loving grandfather of Kimberly Burch Hall, Kelly Long, Spaulding Goetze, Jr., Mitchell Goetze and Todd Goetze; also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26) on Thursday from 5 to 7 PM. Services and interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Goetze's name may be made to Gilchrist Hospice Care; 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350; Hunt Valley, MD 21031. www.ruckfuneralhomes.com

Melvin Gooetze was a wonderful man. He taught me lessons in life that I will never forget. A kind and generous soul that I truly loved and admired. The world was certainly a better place with him in it. I will miss him every day.
