On December 6, 2016, Richard P. Dolan, of Bel Air, beloved husband of Stella Ann Dolan; devoted father of Richard P. Dolan & his wife Carol, Mark S. Dolan & his wife Amy & Melissa A. Ensor & her husband Mitchell; cherished grandfather of Ricky & Charlie Dolan, Christian & Cassidy Dolan & Faith, Luke & Micah Ensor; dear brother of Joseph T. Dolan; brother in law of George A. Hammen and Susan Hammen. Family and friends will honor Richard's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Bel Air, 3 Newport Drive (Rt. 23 & Rt. 24), Forest Hill with a Receiving of Friends on Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 1-3 P.M. Interment Private. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at www.evansfuneralchapel.com.
