I had the privilege of caring for Richard while he was in Towson. We became friends and I´m so glad to call him that, a friend. He was really a joy to care for and joke and laugh with. Despite any misfortune he experienced, he remained a joy to know, and kept a chin up. I truly looked forward to not only caring for him but also having heart to hearts about lots of subjects as well as plenty of jokes. He was Agent 00210 and we shared lots of laughs. Loved being his secretary,
Really gonna miss him.
I am so very sorry for your family´s loss.

Rick, Irene & Family,

I am so very sorry for your loss. Although now many years back, Rich touched Melly, me, and our family in a very special way. He even touched our extended family. They all remember Rich with fondness.

As a young man Rich was special, older than his years. He exuded a vibrant personality, and at the same time a steady calmness. He made you feel good to know him and just happy to be with him. Rich always seemed to know who he was and where he was going. As a young guy, his keen sense of humor was only topped by the strength of his character. It am pleased to have known Rich. It was my privilege. His memory lives on in my heart and in that of our family.

I deeply sense your loss. Gods Speed. gerry kennedy
