Richard,
It's coming up on a year since your passing and I just want you to know how much we all miss you and think about you. A lot has happened... Hayden and Theresa got married in June and Mike will be graduating this summer and attending Penn Tech this fall. Stacy went back to school and is working as an addictions counselor. Justin got a promotion at MES and has a cool girlfriend, Alysa. And Tom and I are more in love than ever. You will be forever in our hearts.

Richard was like a brother to me him and I went through many good and bad time at carson long and after graduation he came to live with me and was known by my friends as my brother. Him and I had many plans for the future and had planned in living near to each other and raising our kids to play football together. I loved richard as a friend and a brother I was closer to him than i was to my own brothers it hurts me very much to know that i will not see him again but I know that he died happy doing what he loved driving his car and also that he did not suffer Richard will always be in my heart and his memories will live on forever

I am one of his uncles on his mother's side. After reading all these tributes to Richard, I am very proud that he has touched all of these lives in such a positive way.

Richard, along with his brother Michael, had some rough early years in a bad home environment. Their mother, Cathy, has been confined to a nursing home since 1992. Their father, Steve, passed away in 2001.

They moved in with Sherry Myers, Steve's sister, and she helped change their lives. They have become well adjusted young men.

It is so sad that one is now gone. I pray that Michael will continue to grow as a man and has a long and happy life.

I would like to thank Sherry for her dedication and love to both Richard and Michael. Without her stepping in and picking up the pieces of their lives, I can not imagine how much worse it wouuld have been for them.

May God bless and comfort Sherry, Michael, and all the rest of the family and friends.

By reading the other emarks in the guest book, it is obvious how Richard touched so many people's lives in a positive way. I feel that we should follow in Richard's foot steps and make sure that we have a positive impact on other lives around us.

We do not know what tomorrow will bring to each of us. We often take time for granted. Richard was my cousin and we were not as close as we should have been. I kept thinking about making that phone call or send that e-mail. It keeps being put off until tommorrow. Let's cherish the time we have with each other now.

My deepest sympathies to the rest of Richard's family and friends.

Richard was an amazaing person. He was one of my bestfriends and he is going to be missed terribly. Its not going to be the same not talking to him everyday but I know that he is in a better place and with the people he missed more than anything. I give my greatest sympathy to all of those who had the great privilage of knowing him and are now mourning from this loss. Please do not mourn. He wouldnt want us to be sad, he would want us to all come together and remember everything he shared with us. He will be forever in my thoughts and heart. --I cant wait to see you again someday Richard! You will never be forgotten!! I love you and miss you <3

I knew Rich for a short time while he was living here in Connecticut. I met him through a good girl friend of mine. I had only hung around with him a few times but it was from those few times that I was able to see what a good guy he was. He always had this smile on his face that was just contagious. We had good times together... partying and such. He really did honestly seem to enjoy himself whenever he was around me. To have heard this news so suddenly just makes me cherish those around me even more. Rich didn't deserve what happened to him.. he was too young..

My prayers go out to his bereaving family along with many others who here in Connecticut had the opportunity to know what a special guy Rich was.
