Schrader of Glen Burnie; worked for The Baltimore Sun newspaper for 35 years and retired as a driver and dispatcher in 1986; dear son of the late Ray A. and Evelyn E. Schrader; beloved husband of the late Helen E. Schrader; devoted father of Peggy J. Wood and her husband Jerry and Pamela J. Ranck and her husband Gary; loving grandfather of Troy C. Wood, Eric M. Wood, Christopher M. Welsh, Jennifer E. LaPointe and Ryan M. Wood; cherished great grandfather of Cody C. Wood, Jacob T. Wood, Jordan W. Wood, Lauren E. LaPointe and Andrew L. LaPointe; dear brother of Gerwin, Keith, Lloyd and Floyd Schrader, Alberta Phelps and the late Ralph and Samuel Schrader; dear friend of the late Peggy Dungey.
The family will receive visitors at the family owned Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, 1 2nd Ave S.W. (at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Sunday . The funeral ceremony will be held on Monday 10 AM in the funeral home chapel.
