Just heard of Roland's passing today.
Hadn't seen him since March 08 at the last Sunpapers Retirees party.
I had worked with him for 25 years at Sunpapers.
What a nice guy. The world could use a lot more like Roland.
I can remember him and I talking about what we both considered
one of the funniest movies we've ever seen....BLAZING SADDLES!
My condolences to his family.

He was a blessing to my mother, Peggy Dungey, during the autumn of their lives. We are all so pleased they became reacquainted to enjoy each other's company. Roland was always helpful and gracious to my family whenever we travelled through Baltimore. He will be missed.
