Marion Randall Obituary

Marion S. Randall

Croswell

Death has stilled one of the most beautiful voices in our area.  Marion Randall, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the Tomlinson A.F.C. home.   Marion sang all her life at weddings and funerals.  She joined the First Presbyterian Church Choir before graduation and continued until her health forbade her.

Marion was born on September 10, 1943 in Croswell to Arthur and Hilda (Hurley) Randall.  Hilda was a grade school teacher who passed away many years too soon.  Being an only child, when her father died, Marion chose to stay in Croswell in the care of her aunt and uncle Bob and Meredith "Midge" Hurley.

Besides being a soloist, Marion had a loving, sweet disposition and was always ready for a chuckle.  She was like another family member.  She was loved by all who knew her.

Services will be held 1:30 PM Monday at the First Presbyterian Church in Croswell.  Burial will be in the Croswell Cemetery.

Visiting 12 noon-6 PM Sunday at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Croswell, and 12:30-1:30 PM Monday at the church.

Memorials may be made to the church.
