Mrs. Steinhorn was the mother of one of my best friends growing up and her house and the loving hospitality of her and her husband are one of my fondest memories growing up. Coming from a broken home and seeing such a beautiful loving marriage and a welcoming open family was something I don't remember from many of my other friends homes. She was AL AYS smiling and made me feel like I was family, I was not jewish and was not made to feel any different or like an outsider whether at her children's Bar/Bat Mitzvah or at the synagogue. She was the epitome of what I want to be to my toddler sons friends as they grow up and if I ever marry I hope to have a long loving marriage as she has because it is rare to have 46 years of matrimony nowadays and another testament to her as a person.
You will be missed Rosalyn and thank you for being what you were to so many people in such a short time.

My mother, my love, my soul, my angel was a one of a kind person. She was amazing, selfless, strong, brave, and a compassionate soul. We will all miss you so much and think about you all of the time. You will always be in my heart. I will miss out trips (pre Covid) to Boscovs, the mall, Target, Nautilus Diner, Outback, and Red Robin. I will go out to eat with me in my dreams. Love you.

My sister-in-law, Rozzy, was the kind of person who would capture your heart the moment you met her. Despite her multiple tests, treatments and hospitalizations, she maintained an upbeat attitude and extreme bravery.
She was married to my brother Steve for 46 years. You never saw one without the other. They hosted many holiday dinners at their home. You could hear the laughter and feel the love the moment you entered.
She was both a blessing and an inspiration to our family, and we all adored her so much.
Rest in peace, sweet Rozzy. Our lives will never be the same without you.
