I was in Rehoboth Beach when I got a message from my cousin Carol Wallace that Ms.Nomie had died. Unfortunately, the news came the night before the funeral so I couldn't be there to see the family. She was like a mom to me when I was growing up with Sharon; always fun, loving and helpful to me and my brothers. I will always think of her with love and I can't thank Laird and Pat for giving me the oportunity to see her again a few years ago at their home. I'm sorry it's taken so long to get in touch but my cousin "Lu" is dying from cancer and Jim and I have been trying to be of some comfort and help to her these past 7 months. She is only 51. The pictue gallery brings tears to my eyes especially ones of Mr. John and Mrs. Nomie when they were young-very handsome couple! I've never forgotten Mommom and Pop and have driven past the old waterfront home from time to time. Gramps picture was just as I've rmembered her all these years-a beautiful and feisty little lady who loved Sharon so much and shared a little of that love with me! So many wonderful memories. My love to Sharon, Patty, Laird and Scott. Kitty

Dear Adams Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one, Ruth. Although I did not know her personally; I wanted to express my condolences. May you find consolation in the fond memories of your dear one along with comfort from the Most High-for "He is healing the brokenhearted ones, and is binding up their painful spots."-Psalm 147:3
