Samuel Nelson McNutt III

Samuel Nelson McNutt III, age 41, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on June 5, 2023. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of Samuel Nelson McNutt, Jr. and Rolanda (Shirley) Morningstar. He was the owner of Bel Air Water Proofing and was proud to carry on his dad's legacy. Sam was passionate about his work. He faithfully coached baseball for Hickory, was a huge car and motorcycle enthusiast and loved spending time with his family. Everyone that knew him loved him. Samuel was a proud father, wonderful husband, friend to all, was a gentle giant with a huge heart. He gave the biggest and best comforting hugs. Sam was loyal, kind and a protector.

Samuel is survived by his wife, Katie McNutt; son, Samuel McNutt IV; daughter, Taylor McNutt; brother, Jason Ollivett; sister, Carrie (Brian) Logie; sisters-in-law, Sarah (Christopher) Rose, Ashley (Justin) Henson and Molly Rose; nieces and nephews, Meghan Aldrich, Allison Rosela, Laylah, Cayden, Preston, Christopher, and Penelope; and goddaughter, Olivia Reynolds.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Julianne Rosela.

Visitation will be held at Bel Air Church of the Nazarene, Bel Air, Maryland on Saturday, June 10, 2023, 9:00 am - 11:00 am followed by a service at 11:00 am.
