Steen Westerberg Obituary
Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Gosta Bernard Westerberg and Stella Viola Westerberg, nee Gobrecht. He graduated from McDonogh School in 1954 and the University of Maryland in 1958. He completed his master's degree at Western Maryland College. He was an Agriculture Education teacher for 30 years and retired from Hereford High School and the Baltimore County school system in 1998.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Westerberg, daughter Laura Westerberg, daughter Debra McConnell (Scott), son Scott Westerberg (Crystal), daughter Linda Westerberg (Dean Bowman), 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
His wish was to be donated to the Maryland State Anatomy Board to help further medical education. Memorial donations may be made to the Dove House Hospice 292 Stoner Ave, Westminster, MD 21157.

Mr. Westerburg had a profound influence in my life while I attended Hereford Jr. Sr. High. I'm eternally grateful for his patience and professionalism this true gentleman showed to me. Over these many many years since the 1970s I have often thought of the lifes lessons Mr. Westerburg taught me. He will be sorely missed all though always with be in my good memories of him. Mr Westerburg was my shop/ag teacher in high school and friend after didn't get to see him much but aways enjoyed when we would meet. There are a couple people I give credit for my career and who I looked up to in life and he is one of them. rest in piece my old friend
