RIFKIND, Stephen C. On Friday, April 29, 2005, STEPHEN C. RIFKIND,; beloved son of Michael E. Rifkind and Susanne S. (nee Siebert) Rifkind of Owings Mills, MD; beloved brother of Mark A. Rifkind; adored grandson of Joan R. and the late Howard E. Siebert and the late Margaret and Ira Rifkind; cherished nephew of Howard and Lilly Abramson, Michael and Maria Siebert and Drs. Barbara and Kenneth Forman; beloved great-nephew of Frank and Jr. Grott, Leonard and Beverly Silver, Ann Bernstein, Ivan and Harriet Siebert. Also survived by many loving cousins. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road at Mt. Wilson Lane on Monday, May 2, at 4 P.M. Interment Beth Jacob Congregation Cemetery-Finksburg, MD. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be directed to Johns Hopkins Comprehensive Marfans Center-In memory of Stephen C. Rifkind, 600 N. Wolfe Street, (21205). In mourning at 12096 Long Lake Drive, Owings Mills, MD (21117) through Thursday evening. 2.

god what i would do to get you back, you were prolly the sweetest person i have ever know when people came in your house you welcomed them with open arms even if you didnt know them you were there when people needed you and you could always put a smile on my face even when i was the saddest of sad i cant even think about you with out crying i dont know what im gonna do when i cant sleep i usually rundown to your house and knock on the window and we chill no more of that we love you steve and always will rest in peace your spirit will always live on

what the heck man i can't beleive it. the tragedy that took you from not just me but from us all. we never told you how much we loved you but we do. I can't thank you enough for being a good friend and helping me and so many others when we were down and out and needed something...

anything.. you were there for us with a ear to listen. i am going to miss you for now but don't worry

we will all be chill'n in your new cave soon enough so get it ready. i miss you man and it really hurts to see you gone. but like you said you got to live life to the fullest and ride this ride till the wheels fall off and i will always think of my boy looking over me. see you in time ..i love you man

you will be missed and always in our hearts. sorry i haven't been around to chill, life sometimes gets crazy. i always did consider you a good freind, to me and my brother. you always were there for my brother and gave him a helping hand when he needed it and for that
