A year ago 6/25/2023, you and all your compassion for humanity, your passion for justice and your Biblical understanding and thoughtfulness left this world. Since you left, the world is experiencing so much unrest. With this understanding, I now can better envision the future. The Bible speaks of God calling special messengers to Him before He returns to Earth. There will be 144,000 of God's messengers to bring the faithful on Earth to Him. I think this is why you were selected to go to Heaven so young. As the Bible says, "Well done, oh good and faithful servant." Thank you, Stuart, for your legacy.

Hi Stuart. You were our legal counsel and friend. For me, you understood my deep faith. You offered support and counsel to me in a Biblical manner. This was paramount as you were always available to assist with any request. You called early in 2023 to say you were very Ill. You were a faithful, caring, astute person and would survive. I just learned today, 12/26/2023, of your passing on June 25,2023. The world has lost a special Rabbi and Attorney, who applied the laws of God to the laws of the secular world. I am so saddened. I am thankful to God for you being in our lives. You have enriched our lives and so many others. Thank you, Stu.

Stu and I were Best Friends for 58 years; my name is Mrs. Kathleen (Kathy Reinsfelder) Hoffman. We met each other while employed at the Governor´s Commission on Law Enforcement in Cockeysville, MD. We were Forever Friends for Life and I loved him like the brother I needed and cherished. Stu was a marvelous and loving man to me, my husband Gil and our families through the last 58 years. All of us will pray for Stu and look forward to seeing him in Heaven smiling when we meet again with GOD!

Stuart always fought hard for his clients; believed in them and was always a gentleman while doing so.
At one time he was the student body president at the University of Maryland. I still remember smoking cigars in his Bel Air office and watching the TERPS play basketball in the NCAA´s with Stuart. Stuart co-wrote a report for the Harford County Bar Association on prejudice against women lawyers in the Court system. In short, he worked hard, enjoyed fun, and thought about others first. He was a great friend whose memory will be and is a blessing.
