So sorry to hear about Mrs. Byrne. She was such a nice lady. I would see her out and about in Rodgers Forge and enjoyed catching up with her. My condolences to Barbara and Bobby.

Sue was my absolute favorite resident and I will always hold a special place in my heart for her. She made me laugh every single time I worked and she was always mimicking my laugh. On the weekends I would bring my son to visit her and she was always asking me about him. Sending lots of love to your family!

I had the opportunity to meet Sue while working at Atterdag. I remember on my first day of training she was the first person we assisted and she was the sweetest person ever. Over time I would go and hang out with her in her room when I had free time. I always loved asking her about pictures she had hanging up and she would give me a little background story to them. One of the pictures she had up happened to be of a poodle and when I showed her a picture of my poodle her face lit up. She loved when I showed her videos of my dog and eventually I brought her on one of my days off so Sue could meet her. Ever since that day she remembered me and always asked how my dog was doing. One day I happened to tell her she was at home alone and she told me that I needed to go home early so I could be with my baby. She was so worried and after I told her I couldn´t since I needed to finish my shift she told me "who cares, she´s alone just go!" Sue was always such an amazing lady. She was honest and did not care to tell me if I wasn´t looking my best during my shift. She was always making me laugh one way or another. Sue will always hold a special place in my heart and I will always appreciate the time I had working with her at Atterdag.

I miss the daily visits from Sue. Her walking by my office (on the way to her room) always stopping to show me her dog and allow me come see it and pet it. She had the best smile:) Our home is not the same!
