Thomas Steadman Obituary
On October 26, 2013 Thomas Francis Steadman, Sr. beloved husband of Evelyn Steadman (nee Feilinger); devoted father of Susan Whelan, Claire Broglie (Bill), Thomas Steadman, Jr. (Michelle) and the late Craig Steadman; cherished grandfather of Allison, Caren (Travis), Erin, Jennifer, Tim and Kevin; loving brother of Betty Fones and the late John Steadman; dear brother-in-law of Sister Bernice Feilinger, SSND.
The family will receive friends at HARRY H. WITZKE'S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City on Friday, 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Saturday, 11:30am at St. Paul's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Lorraine Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the School Sisters of Notre Dame, 6401 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21212-1016 or to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Maryland Chapter, 100 Painters Mill Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

Dear Ms. Evelyn:
Our family is so sorry to hear about Tom's passing. You were the best next door neighbors we ever had. We were so appreciative of the birthday cards and gifts that you sent to our two children each year. When I think back on those years on Manahan Drive, they were some of the best years of our lives. And in many ways, it was due to our friendship with Tom and you. We will continue to pray for you and your family. I know Tom is smiling down at you and watching over you. I will always remember the fun we had when I would go to Cousin Mary's for lunch and you always came in a few minutes later with the sports section of the paper. I used to go there
at lunch time from grade school. You read every word of that paper and knew everything about baseball, the game you loved... Thanks for the good times in those two or three years.
