Its so hard having someone that's been around for as long as you can remember be taken away so quickly. I grew up with Patrick and Travis (me and my brother and sisters are still going thru therapy for all the aggrivation they caused =) and we had a lot of fun together. No matter how much bickering all the kids in the neighborhood did with one another, no one from the outside could ever mess with one of us without everyone else backing them up. A lot of the most important lessons we use in our life now came from all those years playing kick the can, racing in the pool, being chased out of the clay minds, or hiding from the police after doing some childish prank. I miss everyone at Chestanut Woods and share in the memory of Travis.

One word : TRAVISPALOOZA ! If these two nights havent expressed what travis meant to us all, then nothing will. I know you were there with us, even though your not with us any more. Every man dies, but not every man truely lives. Travis most deffinitely lived and affect everyone he touched. we miss ya bro.

I didn't really write everything that I wanted to last time. This past year has been tough, especially in the summer time at OC. I really missed you this year. And I could tell something was wrong down there cause Snapper's got rid of thier horseshoe pits, (don't worry I gave em' hell for it). It'll never be the same to me. Anyway, we're gonna do it up right for you tonight! And if your giving out favors I just ask that everyone gets there & home ok, I heard there was a little snow comming our way. We had a little set back last week but nothing will stop us now. I miss you man!

It's taken me over a year to finally put something in your guest book. You can't imagine just how hard this past year has been. You were such a great part of my life. You taught me so many things about life and myself. The memory of your infectious laughter has been my strength. And you have taught me to live my life to the fullest and not worry to much about the future. And yes you were always "smarter" than me. There are so many memories but when I picture you in my mind I can't help but see that little boy with his bowl haircut. You brought so much to my life. I will always love you. Renfaire is that much sweeter for sharing it with you. Find us a new Whiteheart tavern. I'll meet you there.

Travis was a friend to everyone. He had a huge heart and a unique personality. When I moved into the neighborhood ten years ago I remember meeting Travis with his long hair and carpet sandals. Over the years we had become good friends and I will love him forever. I will always remember his unique laugh and his light hearted jokes that I have always enjoyed. I thank Travis for being the person he was.

What can I say besides that I will always love you. You were a friend, a BROTHER, and also my escape goat somtimes. Travis I will miss you like no other, if it's hanging out or shooting pool at the bar, I know that you will always be there, one way or another! You are unique! We had our good times and bad times, especially when you wanted to argue with referees. Your speach on making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich will go down in history. I love the memories you have left me and will never let them go. Heaven will never be the same. Hopefully God will still have his sanity when we all get together again.

travis was a great friend to everyone. i grew up around the "hood" and all of you showed me what life was, parties, fires all of that stuff. when travis use to stay home with my mom and watch soaps and clean and also eat cheesesteaks i will never forget that. trav i love you.

I met Travis a couple times, the short time that I knew him , he seemed like a really great guy. I know that he will be missed alot, to his family & close friends, I am so sorry for your loss .... You will all see him again one day.

Unfortunately, I may not have as many memories of Travis as most of you do, however the ones that I do have I will never forget. In the short time that I knew him, I was able to see all of the wonderful qualities that you have all spoke about, and I feel very fortunate for that. Growing up with the boys in the neighborhood was always interesting. Whether we were running around in the clay mines, or playing flashlight tag down Middle River, or acting like nuts on GI Joe Mountain. One thing never changed. We were all always together. Travis you have been a wonderful friend, and I will miss you more than you could ever imagine. You have touched all of our lives in so many ways. And I am so grateful for having you be my friend for so long. I know you will watch over all of us and we will never ever forget you. And even in your death, I will think of you and smile at some ridiculous thing that you have said or done, LOVE YOU ALWAYS!

Many people go their entire lives worrying about tomorrow. Trav lived more in 24 years than most do in 75. Those of you who knew Travis, know that he could always put a smile on your face even if you were as pissed off as you get. He could turn it around and make you laugh about it. He loved that damn job. He was my brother & words can't express how much I'll miss him. I love you Trav. There is a tribute concert in the works, playing all of his favorite tunes. I met Travis through my soon-to-be Step Brother, Ricky Riley. He was a great person. I'm extremely sorry for your loss. Travis will be deeply missed and never forgotten, he was too great of a person to be forgotten. I know that Ricky will never forget him and the little time that I knew him, neither will I.
