Victoria Ann Roberts

Victoria Ann Roberts, age 79, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024, at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, Maryland. Born in Washington, D.C., she was the beloved daughter of the late Clifford and Mary (Miller) Johnson and the cherished wife of the late David Roberts.

Victoria was the heart of her family-a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose love knew no bounds. She and her husband Dave were high school sweethearts, building a life together that was filled with love and deep companionship. After their retirement, they settled in Lancaster, PA, where they enjoyed the beauty of the countryside, a peaceful chapter of life that Victoria cherished. After Dave's passing, she moved to Bel Air, MD to be closer to her children and grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Victoria had a giving spirit and a generous heart. She always made time for her family, spoiling her daughters and grandchildren whenever she could, never missing a single event or milestone. Her love was constant and unconditional, and she created a home where everyone felt welcomed and cherished.

Beyond her family, Victoria had a passion for helping others. She loved entertaining, going out to eat with friends, and volunteering both in her community and at local hospitals. She took pride in caring for those around her and was always eager to lend a hand. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Victoria also had a special love for animals, particularly her dogs and cats, who were treated like members of the family. Her home was always filled with love, laughter, and the joyful presence of her beloved pets.

A memorial service will be held later during the holiday season to celebrate the lives of both Victoria and David, as they are reunited in spirit.

Victoria is survived by her daughters, Wendy Bogarde and her spouse Glenn, and Robyn Durchanek and her spouse Christopher; grandchildren, Brynn, Blythe and Miller Bogarde, and Caitlyn, Matthew and Arden Durchanek.
