Well, Pop...Wayne & lil'Wayne headed to AC tonight. Seemed strange that you weren't there for the ride. Don't worry, Wayne packed your lucky old coin, and almost enough clothes to stay till Monday, in case you wouldn't be up to coming back on Sunday...when he realized that isn't necessary anymore. Not a day goes by that you are not missed, or thought of. We still laugh at all your funny memories. Wayne & Julie's Isabella is going on 6 months now. You would love her to pieces & she would love you back. She has your dimples...you know they only show every so often! Stephanie & Mike are expecting a baby girl in July. We wish you were here for all of these special moments. We know you would be the best Great-Grandpop ever!...but you are enjoying them from above. Kritter is in Grad school.... Can you believe that? She misses you lots and lots.... but has that Sullivan determination... no matter how difficult things get, she stays focussed and keeps pushing forward. We have a flag with lights on your tree... I decorated for Christmas & your anniversary. I have flowers to place there for Easter. As long as your light shines, it's like your still there. Miss you lots. Love you always.

It is certainly not the same Pop... we miss his jokes, his smile, his laughter. The way he could transform a dancing lobster into a gambling smoker to sit on the card table in AC. His amazing advice and good cheer. Late nights in AC!! I am puzzled as to how he did all of those magic tricks?? And who can get all those Elmos to dance at once?? And our days at the pool!

Although he is no longer with us, he has definitely made an infinite impact on all of us. The simplest memory can make us laugh for hours. A picture can brighten up my day. I am very thankful for Pop, and I miss him very much. Love you pop

Pop, On Dec. 9th, it will be one year, and you are still missed so much. Not an hour in the day goes by, that you are not thought of, or still asked for advice. You are with us, in our hearts & souls. The family is growing, and changing, but we still live by your example. We miss you more today, than yesterday. We will always love you and wish you were here, but your memories will last, as will the lessons you taught....

It’s been 7 months since you passed and things are not the same. Yesterday was the 4th of July. The day you taught us how to celebrate. The parties you were so proud of, the tradition we carry on.

The every other day phone calls from you asking “How is the pool” “How are things going” “Are you watching the weather” “Come pick up anything you need” were so sadly missed.

The moving of the cars to make a close parking spot so you didn’t have to walk far and leaving the garage door open so you could use the steps with the railing didn’t happen this year. The GRAND fixing of your plate that you taught us all how to do “Just right” didn’t happen this year. Keeping you comfortable on the deck during the fireworks didn’t happen this year.

How can things be so different without you? How can we feel you in our hearts but not understand yet. Is that what time does? Because none of us really know. All we know is that we miss you and things are never going to be the same. We carry on the way you taught us. We try to enjoy the little things like you always did. We learned from you, we learned from the best.

If it weren't for you Pop and Sarge I believe Fred and I would never have met. There is so many things that can be said about Pop and lord knows I can ramble. One of my foundest memories was him giving me Sarge. I had a hard time finding accomadations with such a large dog so he let us be his neighbor. On many occassions he and I would sit outside and chat. Pop would teach me about coins, towing and life. I really enjoyed being his neighbor and friend. Pop Fred and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done for us. Also thank you for your wonderful kids, grandkids,daughter-in-laws and letting us be part of this great clan that is the Sullivan Family!!! You will be missed and never forgotten. You will have a place in our hearts and thoughts always. If you see Sarge give him a hug for us!!!

Love Ya
