William Dowdy Obituary

On January 3, 2004, WILLIAM C. DOWDY; dear husband of Marie "Sue" L. (nee Sica) Dowdy; loving father of John C. Dowdy and his wife Rosanne, Timothy P. Dowdy and his wife Pat, Michael S. Dowdy, Julie M. Weininger and her husband Jim; brother of Thomas J. Dowdy and Mary Andresini; grandfather of Michael, Kyle, Ryan, Evan, and Brett Dowdy and Jimmy and Jordan Weininger; sister-in-law of Dorothy Sica. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Road (Perry Hall), on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. A Marine Corps League Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday at 7:30 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 10 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (Hydes, MD). Interment Parkwood Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, 401 N. Broadway, Suite 1100, Baltimore, MD 21231.
