He is survived by his wife of nearly 63 years Jerianne B. Pugh; daughter Sara Burnet and husband James; four grandchildren William Pugh, IV, James Burnet, V, Lisa Pugh, and Paige Burnet.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Martha Pugh and one son William N. S. Pugh, III.

My name is Lou a berwanger Jr I grew up in Lutherville Maryland with Bill Pugh we became great friends Through The Years shooting BB guns in the Lutherville area as children staying close friends through high school and college bill went to St Paul's and I went to Towson High we currently live in St Michael's Maryland and my heart is deepened to know that bill has left he was a wonderful wonderful friend a dear friend please give my best to his lovely wife we're in St Michael's at 410-259-2729

I am sorry for your loss. I remember passing by Camp Norway while on vacation visiting family in Vermont before moving here and always felt like they were having the time of their life. I have had the privilege of meeting several members of the family over the past few years.
