Still miss Bill every day, especially when I enter Meritus Hospital. Bill was a dynamic influence on Washington County Maryland, especially to the youth of our area. RIP deal friend!!

A wonderful human being. Great neighbor. Always had a smile for those he met. He will be missed.

Maxine and I, and the boys are deeply saddened at the news of Bill’s passing. He was a dear friend and an inspiration to everyone who knew him. His tireless involvement in Washington County affairs and philanthropic participation in our charities was second to none. We know that he will be deeply missed as a devoted husband and father, and as a pillar of his community. We are thankful for having been called a friend of his, and we will keep your family in our hearts and prayers.
