Jacquelynn Obos Obituary
Born to Elmer and Virginia (Przybysz) Marshall on November 22 1947 in Battle Creek, MI. Passed away peacefully on February 12, 2015 in Reno, NV. Jacquie married Joseph Peter Obos on June 7, 1969 in Chicago, IL at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. She graduated Lakeview High School in 1965 and St. Mary of Nazareth School of Nursing in 1968. Most recently, she volunteered as a docent at St. Mary's in the Mountains Museum in Virginia City, NV.
She is survived by her husband Joseph; sons Phillip (Colleen) Obos of Lake Villa, IL and Martin (Jennifer) Obos of Sparks, NV grandchildren Samantha Obos, Ryan Obos, Jake Haley and Christian Obos, siblings Gerard (Aleta) Marshall, Sylvia Murphy, Jeanine (Kevin) Brotton, Wayne (Brenda) Marshall, Allan (Cindy) Marshall, James (Tina) Marshall, Steven (Kathy) Marshall; as well as brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
There will be 2 memorial services to be held in the Spring (dates to be determined) at St. Mary's in the Mountains, Virginia City, NV and at St. Rose of Lima in Reno, NV.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's in the Mountains Restoration Program, PO Box 510 Virginia City, NV 89440.
