Brian Bardin Obituary

Brian Paul Bardin, 41

Brian Paul Bardin, of Harrison, passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Cox Hospital in Springfield. He was 41 years old.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Holt Memorial Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Mike Thomas will officiate. The family will receive family and friends after the service on Thursday. Honorary pallbearers include his life-long friend, William Thomason, and Aaron Cecil and Morgan Roberts.

The son of William Leon Bardin and Connie Joe (English) Lasher was born on December 18, 1971 in Harrison, AR.

Brian had recently said that Harrison, AR and Crooked Creek were his! He enjoyed fishing, basketball and football. He loved the Arkansas Razorbacks.

He was a member of Grubb Springs Baptist Church.

His paternal grandparents, Red and Geneva Bardin; his maternal grandfather, Kenneth English; grandmother, Margurete McCammon; and an aunt, Donna McCammon preceded him in death.

Survivors include two sons, Zane Michael Bardin and Jace Ely Bardin; the mother of his children, Tonya Bardin; his father and stepmother, Leon and Robin Bardin; his mother, Connie Lasher; six brothers, Zach McCammon, Kyle, Drake, Alex, Nicholas, and Braedon Bardin; 14 sisters, Jessica Skraptes, Rhianna Ponce, Elayna Southard, Kayla, Kelsea, Shawna, Sara, Olivia, Veronica, Isabella, Sophia, Mia, Nadia, and Ava Bardin; grandmother, Marcia "Susie" English; grandparents, Bernard and Beverly Brown; and a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to a fund that has been set up at Community First Bank for his children's education.
