A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, 1PM at Seabrook United Methodist Church, 3300 Lakeside Dr., Seabrook, Texas 77586. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation in Elsie's memory may do so to Alzheimer's Association, 6055 S. Loop East, Houston, Texas 77087.
