We all, here in Maine, have such fond memories of your dear dad..(and mom)..his unique way of filtering the drinking water during those first years at camp, generous offers to sail with him and then to ski behind the big boat, his faithful measurement of the water quality of Sebec, his strength in tending, independently, to the beautiful camp, her yummy cookies made just for us kids, always a smile and a validating hug..and much much more! they were the people who influenced us and that we hold dear!
All the Chase clan send much love at this time as we recall "Mr. D's" full life with celebration and gratitude for having known him!

Have missed seeing John getting good work done in Timber Cove. He was a pillar in our community and could always be counted on. Definitely a good man to help when you had a problem to figure out.... Though he has been away from Timber Cove many years I still seem to feel his presence..... missing you John.
