LINCOLN, DE - Marc Lee Bower passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 17, 2023. Marc was born in Milford, DE and graduated from Milford High School. He is the son of Robert C. Bower, Jr. and Constance Hall Pusey.
He owned and operated Bower Trucking, LLC as well as assisted his father driving for Midway Services, Inc. He enjoyed camping, hot rods, tractor trailers, dirt track racing, going to truck and car shows. He was a devoted family man and loved to spend time with his family and friends, especially his grandson Dillon.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Phyllis & Robbie Robinson; and paternal grandparents, Lee R. & Stella C. Steelman.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Terri Cannon Bower; a son, Chase Robert Bower (Alexis); daughters, Amber Lynn Barnes (Sean), and Hayden Olivia Bower; brother, Matthew Bower (Allison): grandson, Dillon Lee Barnes; and parents, Robert C. Bower, Jr. (Elaine), Constance Pusey (Keith), Lee & Shirley Chaney. He is also survived by a large extended family.
A Celebration of Life for Marc will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at the Ellendale Fire Co. Memorial Hall, 302 Main Street, Ellendale, DE.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Ellendale Fire Company, P.O. Box 5, Ellendale, DE 19941.
