Stephen Scott Ruggles local Physician's Assistant of Camden, Delaware, sadly passed away on the 13th of April, 2023.
A time of gathering and celebration will be held 3-6 p.m., Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Camden Friends Meeting, 122 E. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Camden, Delaware.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Food Bank of Delaware, 1040 Mattlind Way, Milford, DE 19963.
Extra parking available behind the Camden-Wyoming Fire House.
