Born: July 11, 1935 in Princeton, Illinois
Died: September 2, 2025 in Hoopeston, Illinois
Ruth Joanne Faber, 90, of Princeton, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in Heritage Health of Hoopeston.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, September 8, 2025, in the Chapel of The Fiocchi-Jensen Funeral Home, Princeton, with Pastor Steven Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Restland Cemetery, Mendota. Her family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the time of services Monday in the funeral home. Ruth was born on July 11, 1935, in Princeton, to Arvenus and Mable (Heuer) Morris. She was a graduate of Ohio High School. She graduated from Nursing School in 1992. She married Ralph E. Faber on July 18, 1954 in Van Orin, they were married for 64 years.
She is survived by: Her children, Raymond (Melinda) Faber of Indiana, Lynn (Dan) Rasmussen of Sheffield, John (Abby) Faber of Cissna Park, and Ralph Henry (Angela) Faber of Wyanet; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Flora Jo, Linda, and Charlotte.
She was preceded in death by: Her parents; her husband, Ralph in 2019; a grandson, Richard Faber; and her sisters, Blanche, and Roberta.
