Darlene Robinson Obituary

Death

TECUMSEH - Darlene M. Robinson, 65, Tecumseh, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2003, at the Johnson County Hospital in Tecumseh. She was born Aug. 15, 1937, at Peru, Neb., and had been employed as a cook at the Tecumeh Livestock Auction and had been a volunteer at the Nemaha County Senior Center.

Survivors: daughters, Jody Uglow of Nebraska City, Trish Potter and husband Mike of Oklahoma City, Okla., Tracie Robinson of Beatrice; sons, Steve Robinson and wife Cody of Tecumseh, John Robinson of Sterling, David Robinson and wife Tonia of Sterling; 12 grandchildren; mother, Sarah Reeves of Auburn; sister, Cathy Coulter and husband Dean of Auburn; brothers-in-law, Art Robinson and wife Ruth of Westminster, Calif., Charles Robinson and wife Donna of Ashton, Ore., Eddie Robinson and wife Mary Jo of Yutan, Neb.; sisters-in-law, Mae Schmiegelow and husband Carl of Tecumseh, Thelma Prange of Lincoln. She was preceded in death by her father, Silas Reeves; husband, Jerald (April 24, 2001); infant brother, John Reeves.

Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, Wherry Brothers Mortuary, Tecumseh, the Rev. Frank Zimmerman officiating. Burial: Cook Cemetery, Cook. Memorials to the family's choice. Visitation: 1 p.m.-8 p.m. Friday, and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Wherry Brothers Mortuary, Tecumseh.
