Lawerance “Larry" R. Breunsbach, 92, Lincoln, died Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at Tabitha nursing home in Lincoln. Born Oct. 15, 1913, in Liberty, Neb. U.S. Army veteran; World War II. Worked for Highway Equipment and Supply Company; Oakland Zoo in California.
Survivors: wife, Dorothy; daughter, Marylen Lipskey of Lincoln; grandchildren, Anita Bennett of Watertown, Wis., Robert Breunsbach of Lake Mills, Wis., Keith Breunsbach of Wisconsin, and Kimberly Holmes of Janesville, Wis.; Mechelle Kircher and Shawna Conrad, both of Lincoln, Sharon Hight of Beatrice, Scott Lipskey of Tacoma, Wash., Stacy Plessel of Beatrice; 19 great-grandchildren; brothers, Merle of Wymore, Caryl of Colorado Springs, Colo. Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Eva (McMurray) Breunsbach; brother, Dale; son, Bob.
Memorial service: 10 a.m. Friday, April 21, Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6251 Colby St., Lincoln. Inurnment: Liberty, Neb. Memorials to the family. Cremation; no visitation. Aspen Aftercare, Lincoln.
