1933-2016 Mary Nell Luce Echols, 83, peacefully departed to her heavenly home Sunday, September 18th, 2016 surrounded by her children and one grandchild in loving comfort after a lengthy illness. She was the epitome of kindness, compassion, and grace throughout her life. There will be a celebration of life Saturday October 1st, 2016 at Plymouth United Church, 5927 Louette Rd. in Spring, Tx at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of living plants or flowers that will be suitable for outside planting for the creation of a memory garden they will be preparing in her memory. Additionally, if you'd like to make a donation to Texas Litter Control in her memory, she would have appreciated that as she did love her puppy companions.

I am so sorry to read of Mary Nell's death. I graduated from Hemphill High School with her and was a roommate with her in Tyler when we were in Business School. I haven't seen her since about 1992 when she was living in Pt Arthur.
