Peggy and I offer our deepest sympathy to the Osborne Family and loved ones. Chip was such a good friend of mine. Some of the fondest memories of my life were with Chip. I would not know where to start. Chip was the kind of man who stood up for what he believed in and had a heart of solid gold. He would do anything for anyone, no strings attached. My heart is so heavy in his passing but I am at Peace knowing he is at rest in the loving arms of our Savior Jesus Christ. There is a wonderful reunion going on in Heaven as Chip arrives home to his parents and past friends. I close my eyes and see Darryl smiling as Chip arrives Home. Rest in Peace Chipper. I loved you....and always will. Swilly
