She is survived by her two children, Ree (Jeanine) and Melanie (Rick); two step-children Terry (Connie), Doug; eight grandchildren: Dustin, Kara, Danyele, Ky, Brandy, Jayson, KaCee and Kayla; and 11 great-grandchildren. Melba was the dearest sister anyone could have. I have many wonderful memories of our days on the ranch in OK. I know her brother, Dan Phipps, feels the same, although he is unable to write at this time. Our love to Melanie and Ree and the rest of the family. Penny Phipps Powhatan
