My heart aches in a way I couldn't have imagined. Jeff & Gwen, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I knew Teresa for many years, and I cannot think of her without a smile on my face and a laugh in my heart. She was an incredibly special person and I was blessed to call her my friend. She will be missed and loved forever.
Rest in peace, Teresa & Liam. A candle went out too soon in this world.

I don't remember Teresa from school she was a few years older than me but I heard her story & my deepest sympathy goes out to her family & friends. My hearts aches for you.. I wish there was something we all could do to take your pain away. May god give you all the strength to pull through & when things get hard just look at baby Gwen she looks alot like her Mommy.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I did not have the pleasure of knowing her the way you do, but I knew her from a mom site we both frequented. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I know she adored Gwen and was so looking forward to meeting her little boy.

I am so sorry for your loss. I never met her but I was in a cafemom group with her. This is so sad. Hugs, love to a sister in Christ that I never knew and her unborn son, and peace on her family. :(

I don't know Teresa and jeff but I know Jeff's father . I am so sorry for your loss , words cannot express the sorrow and pain for this family . I will never forget the loss of my father on 12/21/1948 and the seven little children crying for dad . My love and thoughts are with Jeff and Teresa's family . i will like to say that even though i didnt personally know her i am truly saddened by her and her sons passing away. i cannot begin to imagine the pain her husband and kids are going through. i will pray for a safe journey into the other world. i will pray for the strenght the family will need. may she and her son rest in peace.
