Zelma Anderson Campbell

Zelma Anderson Campbell, age 98, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012, in Beaumont. She was born July 11, 1913, to Dayton and Althea Anderson in Haskell County, Texas. She worked in medical records for most of her life at St. Elizabeth Hospital, and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the Ridgewood Church of Christ in Beaumont and she will truly be missed by all. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dayton and Althea Anderson; her husband of 71 years, Don Ross Campbell; three sons, Donald Campbell, James Campbell, and Herschel Campbell; four brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her son, Ross Sterling Campbell of Beaumont; one sister, Geneva Margarite Anderson; three grandchildren; six great-grand children; and three great- great grandchildren. A gathering of family and friends will begin on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m., at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
