Collinsville, Illinois - Annabelle "Dolly" Dankenbring, nee Guinzy, 95, of Collinsville, Ill., born January 3, 1928, died peacefully surrounded by family on a sunny Saturday afternoon, March 4, 2023, at Addington Place, Collinsville, IL.
Dolly was preceded in death by her husband Robert A Dankenbring (1991); son Stephen R Dankenbring (1976); son in-law Charles Cloin, Jr (2021); parents, Edward and Mary, nee Borgetti, Guinzy; siblings, Edward, Stephen, Angelo, Victor and Priscilla (Combetto) Guinzy.
Surviving are her daughters, Vicki (Tony Garner) Cloin and Juli (Ken) Gulledge; sons, Scott (Terri) Dankenbring and Drake (Celia) Dankenbring; grandchildren, Bill (Tina) Cloin, Scott (Jen) Cloin, Dawn (Michael Schmidt) Dankenbring, Stephanie (Alex Heepke) Dankenbring, Jason (Jenny Toje) Gulledge, Robert (Mikkah Kennedy) Gulledge, Johana Ruiz, Martell Ruiz; great-grandchildren Madelina Cloin, Elliana Cloin, Aidan Cloin, Carter Schmidt, Grant Schmidt, Harrison Heepke, and Hayes Heepke.

I am very sorry for your loss and offer prayers for Dolly. To Vickie
, Scott, Julie, and Drake, I remember that my mom and dad and your mom and dad were super friends. I remember "DOLLY" as a great loving person. The times we spent together as families with you all at the house on Guinzy Hill, Westridge court, and a condo up above Dennys are fond memories.
Mom and Dolly were such great friends that there must be a connection of Dolly passing on Dorothy´s birthday.

To Vicki, Scott, Julie and Drake.
Having grown up with you hanging together with Dolly in my younger years with me mother at the apartment across from the bank gives me very fond memories. Dolly and my mom seemed to be inseparable. Now they are in heaven together on my mom's birthday no less. I grieve with you and hope you find peace in this message.
