Millstadt, Illinois - Barbara Mandrell - Clower, nee Nelms, 55, of Millstadt, Illinois, formerly of Cahokia, Illinois, born January 15, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri, died Saturday, October 30, 2021, in Jerseyville, Illinois.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Lanny Nelms.
Surviving are her husband, John Clower of Jerseyville, IL; two sons, Dustin and Devon Mandrell, both of Christopher, IL; her mother, Sherry (David) Stahre of Millstadt, IL; a sister, Cheryl (Terry) Mobbs of Dupo, IL; two granddaughters, Raylynn and Kimmie: a nephew, Ronald Tyler, Jr. of Cahokia, IL; and two nieces, Abigail (Hunter) Kelling of San Diego, CA, and Amber Mobbs of Creve Coeur, MO. She was also a dear sister-in-law, niece, cousin, and friend.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Braun Family Funeral Home, Columbia, Illinois. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2021, at the funeral home, with Pastor Scott Baker officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
