Brandon Rose Obituary

Brandon Rose Brandon Rose, 24, of Troy, IL, Born Tuesday, September 20, 1994 in Maryville, IL, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 at his home in Troy, IL. From his birth until his death this past Monday he was making everyone around him smile. Brandon loved being around family. Whether it was a full-blown beach vacation or a casual night watching movies, he enjoyed just hanging out with the people he cared for the most. Brandon excelled at running. While at Triad High School he ran track and cross-country, which ultimately led to scholarship offers to run in college. He decided to give up that passion to stay closer to home and family. He continued to run as a hobby which allowed him to enjoy nature and the outdoors, which were very close to his heart. Brandon had a tremendous gift for creating amazing works of art. Over the years he crafted everything from sketches to huge canvas paintings which depict people, nature, and abstract works. He loved gifting these masterpieces to close family and friends, works that will undoubtedly be cherished forever. Brandon's infectious smile, personality, and kind heart will be missed by all who knew him and loved him. He is now resting peacefully in the arms of the lord. Surviving are his mother, Ann (nee Langdon) and Jay Langenstein of Troy, IL; father, Timothy Rose of Troy, IL; siblings, Kyle and Alison Langenstein of Troy, IL, Zachary and Dennis Rose of Troy, IL and Kaitlyn Ward of VA; grandparents, John and Kris (nee Stephens) Langdon of Troy, IL, Kathleen "Casey" (nee Evans) Langdon of Troy, IL, Dennis and Vicki Rose of Collinsville, IL; aunts and uncles, Zak and Marissa (nee McFarland) Langdon, Michael and Laura (nee Potts) Langdon, Ryan and Laurie (nee Baumgartner) Langdon, Dennis and Elizabeth (nee Langenstein) Hitch, Randy (Carrie) Rose and Jeff (Shannon) Rose; Cousins Dolan, Macklin, Gannon, Ava Mae, Jacob, Austin and Aubrie Langdon, Merek, Declan, Caliun, Ronin, Payton and Jayden.
