Ruth and Family,
I was saddened to read of the passing of my dear friend and former boss. Carl took me under his wing as my boss back in 1974 at Ostertag. He was kind, compassionate and caring, a father figure. He was a hero in my eyes. Thankfully we kept in touch even after he retired. I will be praying for you and your family.

December 27, 2007

We had the pleasure of first meeting Carl only a few years ago when our son Matthew became engaged to his grandaughter Monica. We were touched by his warm, sincere and kind manner. His love and appreciation for his family was very obvious to us. We extend our sincerest sympathy to Carl's family and friends.
"Job well done, faithful servant Carl."

Carl (Buzz) will be missed by the Aiken family. We enjoyed his sense of humor and his friendly personality for years. He had a smile and a personal story for everyone he met. We know he was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Please accept our sympathy, but also know that we will remember him as always being with us.
