Carrie Lynn Utley-Spears, 22, of Millstadt, Ill., formerly of Dupo, Ill., born Aug. 21, 1981, in Belleville, Ill., died Friday, May 28, 2004, at her residence.
Mrs. Spears was a self-employed in cleaning houses.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jamie Utley; her grandpa, J.C. Utley; and her grandma, Thelma Ridgeway.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Spears; her father, Jerry Utley of Cahokia, Ill.; her mother, Donna Utley of Dupo, Ill.; a daughter, Jordan Spears; two sons, Joshua Spears and Jay Spears; her sisters, Tammy Walker of Waterloo, Ill., Kimmy Taake of Columbia, Ill., and Amie Utley of Dupo, Ill.; a brother, Brent Recar of Richwoods, Mo.; her grandmother, Mary Utley of Cahokia, Ill.; mother-in-law, Sharris Spears of Dupo, Ill.; father-in-law, Michael Spears of East Carondelet, Ill.; and her nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the family.

Visitation: Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 31, 2004, at Dashner Funeral Home, Dupo, Ill., and from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2004, at Hope Christian Church, Columbia, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2004, at Hope Christian Church, Columbia, Ill., with the Rev. Darrell Jones officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Ill.
