Doris married her husband of 61 years, Robert H. Once her daughters had both left home, Doris returned to office work at the University of Michigan's Flint campus until her husband's transfer to Mansfield with General Motors in 1976. Doris then resumed her volunteerism with the First English Lutheran Church, the MedCentral Auxiliary and as a tutor with the DeWald Community Center at the Salvation Army. She was an expert knitter and greatly enjoyed traveling with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Harrison Baldwin and Ella Maude, nee Conley, Baldwin; two sisters, Clarice Baldwin and Eleanor Donaldson; two brothers, Carl R. Baldwin and Benjamin H. Baldwin; and infant daughter, Cynthia Lee Enskat.
She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Enskat; two daughters, Stephanie Barry and Jennifer Enskat; family friend, Andy Gardner; four grandchildren, Josh Barry, Jessica (Andy) Blair, John Mingallon and Emilie Mingallon; two great-granddaughters, Sadie and Heidi Blair; and numerous nephews and nieces.
