Ermin Vogt
Ermin J. Vogt, 89, of Waterloo, Ill., born Jan. 14, 1919, in Waterloo, Ill., died Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, in St. Louis, Mo.
Mr. Vogt was a member of SS Peter & Paul Church, Waterloo, Ill., Holy Name Society, Waterloo, Knights of Columbus Council 1334 and Monroe County Farm Bureau.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor, nee May, Vogt; his parents, Louis B. and Anna M., nee Zeis, Vogt; brothers, Raymond L., Alphonse and Anthony Vogt; and a sister, Hildegarde Einwich.
Surviving are his sister, Margaret Mary Brinkmann; nieces and nephews, Anne (Steve) Candler, Janice (Dave) Holdener, Kathy (Darrell) Hitzemann, Dorothy (Paul) Mollet, Joseph (Liz) Brinkmann, John Brinkmann, Chester (JoAnn) Vogt, JoAnn Daniels, Mary (Michael) Harrod, and Tom (Bobbie) Vogt; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and cousins.
Memorials may be made to SS Peter & Paul Grade School or donor's choice.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2008, and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at Quernheim Funeral Home, Waterloo, Ill. Knights of Columbus Service at 7 p.m. Friday.

Funeral: Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at SS Peter & Paul Church, Waterloo, Ill., with Father Jose Jacob officiating. Burial will be at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery, Waterloo, Ill.
