Pat,jason and Mark
I worked for Fritz when I was in high school at Bonanza. I recently ran into him again at McD's in Waterloo. Ialso worked with you Pat when we worked at Mercantile in Belleville. I don't know if Jason remembers me or not. We had a mutual friend Bill Hale. Anyway I just wanted to let you know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Fritz was a great man with a wonderful sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I have many good thoughts of Fritz and Pat Vogel when Mark was attending college and playing baseball at Kaskaskia College. The entire family was so very good to me during those two years and I am proud to have called the entire family my friends. Fritz had a terrific sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers are with Pat, Mark and Jason and the rest of their family. God bless all of you.

Mark and family,
I was so sorry to hear about the loss of one of the area's top sports fans and a close personal friend. Fritz was never shy about giving opinions on players, coaches, umpires or referees, but he knew his stuff and was such a joy to talk to. He was extremely proud of his sons and rarely, if ever, missed a game. He truly was a special person.

Many good thoughts come to mind of Fritz. He was always happy, and friendly at McDonald's. He waited on the customers with kindness. Our G/children were hired there by Fritz. Patience was a virtue. Dealing with all kinds of personalities he had plenty of it. May God keep his soul in his hands. John (Jack) and Evelyn Gregg. G/children Matthew and Laura Gregg. God bless all the family.
