Jack Treece Obituary
Jack Wayne Treece, 70, of Madison, Miss., born Oct. 6, 1939, in Missouri, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2010 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Miss.
Mr. Treece has lived in Madison, Miss., for the past 4 1/2 years. He enjoyed many outdoor hobbies such as fishing, yard work and watching his grandchildren's sporting events. Mr. Treece was a veteran of the Navy and retired from Monsanto after 33 years. He attended services at Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Most importantly Mr. Treece was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Carol Treece; sons, Terry (Joyce) Treece, Timothy (Renee) Treece and Matt Treece; sisters, Maxine (Bob) Gill, Bobbie Campbell and Sherry (Larry) Bieller; grandchildren, Taylor, Connor and Cole Treece; and several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Visitation: Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2010, at Natchez Trace Funeral Home in Madison, Miss.
Funeral: A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2010, at the funeral home.

Carol, Terry, Matt and Tim,
It has been a long time since I have seen all of you. I am very saddened by Jack's passing as he has always been considered one of my second Dad's for how he and his family always treated me. Please accept my family's prayers.

Carol I was shocked to hear of Jack's passing from Larry the other day. I know you will get plenty of support from family and friends. Stay strong and don't be afraid to ask for help.

Carol,Maxine,Bobbie & Sherry, so sorry to hear of Jacks passing. I am so grateful that I had the chance to spend some time with him at the Hough Reunion.

Carol, So surprised to hear of Jack's passing. To Maxine, Bobbie, & Sherry also. I got to see Jack at the Hough reunion last August for the first time in many years. Knew Jack practically his whole life.
